Sick of having to peel, slice and fry onions before cooking Pakistani or Indian food? Not only does it take an extra 15-20 minutes before every meal, there’s the fun task of having to air out your entire house!
That’s why I like to fry onions in large batches, cool, bag and freeze. They can be used straight out of the freezer. This is super convenient and SO much better than the store-bought kind!
