Stuffed Baked Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Cream cheese

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Red chilli flakes

  • Garlic

  • Onion powder

  • Coriander leaves

  • Oil

Directions

  • Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth.
  • De-stem the mushrooms.
  • Finely chop the stems.
  • Heat oil and cook the stems and garlic for a few minutes.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Add breadcrumbs, cream cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, cheddar and coriander. Mix well.
  • Place mushroom tops in a lightly greased pan.
  • Spoon mixture into mushroom tops.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan and chilli flakes.
  • Bake at 200C for 15-20 mins.
