Parmesan cheese
Breadcrumbs

Red chilli flakes

Directions
- Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth.
- De-stem the mushrooms.
- Finely chop the stems.
- Heat oil and cook the stems and garlic for a few minutes.
- Set aside to cool.
- Add breadcrumbs, cream cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, cheddar and coriander. Mix well.
- Place mushroom tops in a lightly greased pan.
- Spoon mixture into mushroom tops.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and chilli flakes.
- Bake at 200C for 15-20 mins.
