Stir-Fry Sauce

This sauce is the secret weapon that turns a bunch of veggies and some protein into a mouthwatering masterpiece in minutes. It’s the culinary equivalent of a superhero cape for your stir fry.

The soy and oyster sauce forms the backbone of this sauce, adding a salty depth of flavour that’s essential for any good stir fry. The brown sugar adds a touch of sweetness to balance out the salty and savoury elements.

You can tweak the ingredients to suit your taste preferences – want it spicier? Add some red chilli flakes. Prefer it sweeter? Up the sugar quotient. The beauty of this sauce is that it’s entirely customisable, allowing you to create a stir fry that’s perfectly tailored to your palate.

And the best part? It’s ridiculously easy to make. With just a handful of ingredients and a couple of minutes of stirring, you’ll have a flavour-packed sauce that’s ready to take your stir fry from mundane to magnificent.

pro tip

This sauce is great for weeknight meal prep. I make these in a large batch and store in separate jars measured out for 2 serves. Can be stored in the fridge (in air-tight jars) for a week.

So, whether you’re cooking up a quick weeknight dinner or hosting a dinner party with friends, this Stir Fry Sauce is sure to become your go-to recipe. Get ready to unleash your inner stir fry master and watch as your meals become the talk of the town! 🍜🌟
