1 kg turkey mince
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp mustard paste
½ tsp garam masala
1½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp red chilli flakes
⅙ cup coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp green chilies (small hot ones)
¼ cup oil for frying
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Make equal-sized meatballs. This recipe makes about 40 meatballs.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs on medium heat until cooked through and golden from all sides.

- You can add these meatballs to a variety of dishes like Kofta Pulao, Spaghetti & Meatballs, or a Meatball Sandwich. You could also serve as an appetiser.
Notes
- Wet your hands slightly when making the meatballs so that the meat doesn’t stick to your hands.
- You can cool and freeze meatballs after frying.
