Ingredients

  • 100gm smoked salmon

  • Philadelphia cream cheese

  • Pickled capers

  • 6 small rolls

  • baby rocket

Directions

  • Spread cream cheese on both sides of the rolls.
  • Place rocket leaves (or baby spinach) and top with smoked salmon and pickled capers.
  • Cut and serve.
