Raw Mango / Kairi Chutney

1 cup raw mangoes
2 cups (1 bunch) mint leaves
1 cup (½ bunch) coriander leaves
1 green chilli
1 clove garlic
1 tsp whole cumin
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
½ tsp salt
⅙-¼ cup water
Directions
- Wash, peel, and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
- Roughly chop the coriander and mint leaves.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth chutney.
- Taste and season with more salt if needed.
- Bottle up in an airtight container and refrigerate.
