Nutella Pizookie

Pizookie is a Nutella-filled, deep-dish chocolate chip cookie pie. Once you’ve had a bite of this dessert there’s no going back! 🍪🍫🍪

Nutella Pizookie

Ingredients

  • 2¼ cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup butter

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • ½-⅔ cup nutella

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 175C.
  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence till creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after every addition.
  • Add flour mix. Mix well.
  • Add half the chips to the dough.
  • Spread half the dough mix in a tart tin and cover the walls.
  • Pour in nutella and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining dough so the nutella is sealed in.
  • Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 mins before serving.
