½ kg mutton undercut
2 tbsp raw papaya paste
salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
½ cup vinegar
3 eggs
white sauce
Directions
- Marinate the meat for a few hours or overnight in papaya, salt, garlic & ginger paste, and vinegar.
- Heat very little oil in a frying pan. Add meat and cook on high flame till the meat is tender.
- Serve topped with double fried eggs and white sauce.
