This recipe has been handed down in my family from generation to generation. A great family breakfast item. Also very popular in brunches.

Ingredients

  • ½ kg mutton undercut

  • 2 tbsp raw papaya paste

  • salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

  • ½ cup vinegar

  • 3 eggs

  • white sauce

Directions

  • Marinate the meat for a few hours or overnight in papaya, salt, garlic & ginger paste, and vinegar.
  • Heat very little oil in a frying pan. Add meat and cook on high flame till the meat is tender.
  • Serve topped with double fried eggs and white sauce.
