Does a frappe sound super complicated? Well, it doesn’t have to be! Try this simple recipe for an indulgent mocha frappe!
Years ago I formulated a very basic recipe using Ovaltine and Nescafe instant coffee. Don’t get me wrong, this recipe was excellent. But I always found it to be a little on the heavy side because of the amount of milk I used.
I’ve since tweaked this to a much lighter, more chocolatey version using better quality coffee. I still use Ovaltine but I’ve added dark chocolate to the recipe as well for that extra oomph in flavour. I’ve also swapped out the Nescafe Gold for Starbucks Ready Brew.
