4 pieces of boneless chicken breast
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp black pepper
1½ tsp aginomoto
1½ tbsp mustard paste
3 tbsp self-raising flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 egg
cornflakes (ground)
bakery chips (ground)
Directions
- Marinate the chicken in the spices for an hour.
- Mix the self-rising flour and cornflour in a bowl.
- Beat egg separately and pour into mixture. Mix well. If the mixture looks very thick, add in a tablespoon of water.
- Heat oil. Dip each chicken fillet into the mixture and then into the cornflakes+chips mixture.
- Deep fry to a golden brown.
