Ingredients

  • ½ kg boneless chicken breast (cut in cubes)

  • 6 green chilies

  • 2 tbsp ginger (chopped)

  • ¼ bunch coriander leaves

  • 2 spring onions (chopped)

  • ½ cup oil

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ¾ tsp mixed spice

  • 1 tsp aginomoto (Chinese salt)

Directions

  • Grind ginger, green chilies and corriander leaves.
  • Marinate the chicken cubes in the above mix for at least half an hour.
  • Heat oil and add spring onions. Fry for a few seconds.
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt.
  • Add marinated chicken and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook till chicken is tender.
  • Uncover and stir fry till brown.
  • Season with coriander leaves, mixed spice and aginomoto.
  • Serve with fried rice.
