½ kg boneless chicken breast (cut in cubes)
6 green chilies
2 tbsp ginger (chopped)
¼ bunch coriander leaves
2 spring onions (chopped)
½ cup oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¾ tsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¾ tsp mixed spice
1 tsp aginomoto (Chinese salt)
Directions
- Grind ginger, green chilies and corriander leaves.
- Marinate the chicken cubes in the above mix for at least half an hour.
- Heat oil and add spring onions. Fry for a few seconds.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt.
- Add marinated chicken and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook till chicken is tender.
- Uncover and stir fry till brown.
- Season with coriander leaves, mixed spice and aginomoto.
- Serve with fried rice.
