Frappe with Ice Cream

Coffee and ice-cream? Yes, please! A quick 10-min recipe that would put any cafe frappe to shame!

While I love the lighter frappe I usually make, when there’s leftover ice-cream in the freezer, I love using it to make this thick, creamy frappe that just takes me back to my childhood.

You can try this recipe with different flavours of ice-cream — vanilla, vanilla chip, chocolate, dark chocolate, hazelnut, coffee, caramel. It all tastes fantastic!
