Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber

  • ½ cup greek yogurt

  • ¼ tsp mustard paste

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions

  • Grate the cucumber and leave in a strainer for a few minutes so the excess water drains out.
  • Whipped the yogurt and add salt, pepper, and mustard.
  • Add the grated cucumbers and mix well.
