Ingredients

  • 200gm rice vermicelli noodles

  • hot water

Directions

  • Place the raw noodles in a bowl.
  • Pour hot (not boiling) water over the noodles to soak (fully submerged).
  • Cover with a lid and leave for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain and serve immediately.
