Chunky Bread Dipping Oil

While I love a simple dipping oil (olive oil, balsamic vinegar and seasoning), this dipping oil is absolutely loaded with flavour! Pair that with some freshly baked sourdough bread and you’re in heaven 😋🤩

Ingredients

  • 100ml olive oil

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

  • 3 tsp sumac

  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsp (60-70g) chargrilled artichokes

  • 2 tbsp (60-70g) semi-dried tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp (5-6) green olives

  • freshly ground salt and pepper

Directions

  • In a bowl add the olive oil, vinegar, pomegranate molasses, and spices. 
  • Finely chop the semi-dried tomatoes, olives, garlic, artichoke, and fresh parsley.
  • Mix everything together and set aside to let the flavours develop.
  • Serve with fresh crusty bread as a starter.
