Chicken Meatballs

½ kg chicken mince
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp mustard paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp red chilli flakes
2 ½ tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate for at least an hour.
- Make equal-sized meatballs.

- Heat about 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the meatballs on medium heat until cooked through and golden from all sides.

- You can add these meatballs to a variety of dishes like Kofta Pulao, Spaghetti & Meatballs, or a Meatball Sandwich. You could also serve as an appetiser.

Notes
- Use mince with high fat content to make for juicier meatballs.
- Wet your hands slightly when making the meatballs so that the meat doesn’t stick to your hands.
- Cool and freeze meatballs after half-frying.
