Ingredients

  • ½ kg boneless chicken

  • 3 tbsp cream

  • 3 tbsp yogurt

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 2 tsp ginger & garlic paste

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped)

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients listed for at least 3-4 hours.
  • Thread chicken on wooden or metal skewers.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the chicken.
  • Serve with Garlic Naan.
