This is my multi-purpose white sauce. Use it for pastas or casseroles.

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp oregano
salt and pepper
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a pan and mix together.
- Turn on the flame and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Make sure not to leave any balls of flour, the mixture should be smooth.
