Potato (Aloo) Qatli

3 potatoes (cut in wedges)
1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
2-3 red chilli (aka mundu chilli)
½ tsp cumin (whole)
2 green chillies
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in pan and fry onions till golden brown. Set aside.
- In medium-hot oil add the cumin and red chilli. Fry for a few minutes and then add potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt to taste, cover and leave on low heat.
- About 15 minutes later, add the green chillies.
- When the potatoes are done (nearly 20-25 minutes), uncover and leave to cool off for a bit.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and fried onions.
