4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
¼ tsp honey
¼ tsp sesame seeds
½ tsp Sriracha sauce
¼ tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
½ tsp spring onions (green parts)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Microwave for 2 minutes at 20% power (we want to slowly heat it but not scorch it).
- Set aside to cool before serving.
- Serve with dumplings.
