Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

  • 4 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • ¼ tsp honey

  • ¼ tsp sesame seeds

  • ½ tsp Sriracha sauce

  • ¼ tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

  • ½ tsp spring onions (green parts)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes at 20% power (we want to slowly heat it but not scorch it).
  • Set aside to cool before serving.
  • Serve with dumplings.
