Yogurt-Marinated Baked Chicken

1kg chicken thigh (on the bone)
½ cup yogurt
2 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chilli flakes
4 potatoes
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Place chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients (except the oil). Mix well and marinate in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat oil and add the chicken and potatoes. Cook on high heat (uncovered) for 30 minutes till the water is almost completely dry.
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Place the chicken and potatoes in a roasting tray (with a wire rack ideally).
- Bake in the oven (uncovered) for 15 minutes.
