Tahini Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tahini paste

  • 2 tbsp cold water

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

  • In a hand blender add tahini paste, 2 tbsp cold water, salt, lemon juice, and garlic clove. Blitz together. 
  • Add more water 1 tsp at a time to bring it to a smooth paste consistency. The mixture will get thicker in the beginning but start to loosen and lighten in colour as you continue to blend it and add water.
  • Stir in the Greek yogurt until combined.
