Freezing Tomatoes

Cooking out the water in the tomatoes not only helps reduce the quantity to store in a smaller box, it also helps save cooking time when you add it into curries etc. You can use the tomato pulp straight out of the freezer without any need to defrost before adding to your stew or curry.

My mom’s been using this trick for many years and now so do I. It helps save so much time! A must-do for all you time-poor working men and women!
