Ingredients

  • 1kg mutton (with bone)

  • 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste

  • 2 tsp salt

  • fried onion

  • water

  • 2-3 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp bhuna aata (dissolved in water)

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

Directions

  • In a large pot add the meat, ginger and garlic paste, salt, fried onions, and enough water to immerse the meat.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the flame to medium. Cook until the meat is tender.
  • Add oil, bhuna aata, and pepper. Cover and continue to cook on medium-low flame for another 20 minutes.
