1kg mutton (with bone)
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
2 tsp salt
fried onion
water
2-3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp bhuna aata (dissolved in water)
1 tsp black pepper powder
Directions
- In a large pot add the meat, ginger and garlic paste, salt, fried onions, and enough water to immerse the meat.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the flame to medium. Cook until the meat is tender.

- Add oil, bhuna aata, and pepper. Cover and continue to cook on medium-low flame for another 20 minutes.
