1 Betty Crocker Yellow cake mix
1 cup/200gm sour cream
2 eggs
3/4 cup oil
2 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts or slivered almonds
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
- Prepare the batter with cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream.
- Sprinkle toppings (brown sugar, nuts, honey and cinnamon).
- Swirl with a butter knife or back of a spoon.
- Bake for roughly 25 mins or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
