Ingredients

  • 1 Betty Crocker Yellow cake mix

  • 1 cup/200gm sour cream

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 2 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts or slivered almonds

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
  • Prepare the batter with cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream.
  • Sprinkle toppings (brown sugar, nuts, honey and cinnamon).
  • Swirl with a butter knife or back of a spoon.
  • Bake for roughly 25 mins or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
