Ingredients

  • prepared pizza base

  • pizza sauce

  • sausages (sliced)

  • pepperoni

  • capsicums

  • green olives

  • black olives

  • mozzarella cheese (grated)

  • jalapeños

  • cheddar cheese (grated)

  • tomatoes

  • parmesan cheese

  • oregano leaves

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 190C.
  • Prepare pizza dough.
  • Spread pizza sauce.
  • Sprinkle only a fist full of cheese.
  • Add a layer of pepperoni and sausages.
  • Sprinkle the capsicums and olives.
  • Top with a layer of cheese.
  • Add tomatoes and jalapeños.
  • Sprinkle oregano and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
