Spicy Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • salt to taste

  • ½ tsp cumin (whole)

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

  • 2 tbsp mint leaves

  • 1-2 green chillies

Directions

  • Blend (I use an electric blender/grinder) all the ingredients in 1 tbsp of yogurt.
  • Pour the mix into the remaining yogurt and stir by hand to mix well.
