Siwayyon Ka Muzafir (Sweet Vermicelli)

Sweet vermicelli is made using whole wheat vermicelli, ghee, milk, sugar and dry fruits.

Siwayyon ka muzafir is one of the first desi (traditional Pakistani) desserts I learned to make because it’s so easy and quick! If you’re short on time, this is the perfect desi dessert to cook. Made using only a handful of ingredients: roasted whole wheat vermicelli, ghee, milk, and sugar. Garnished generously with slivered almonds and pistachios.
