Beef Burgers

These are the best home-made beef burgers I’ve had to date. Very simple too, just mix and fry.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef mince

  • 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 large slices of bread (crumbed)

  • 1 medium onion

  • oil for frying

  • ⅛ cup soy sauce

  • ⅛ cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and make burger patties.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the burgers on low-medium heat slightly covered. When they’re ready, the burgers will be a toasty brown on the top.
  • You can garnish burgers with sautéed onions & mushrooms, mustard, ketchup, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, and/or cheese sauce.
