Mashed Potatoes

The perfect recipe for rich, creamy mashed potatoes. Mashed Potatoes can be used as a sideline to different entrees; including steak, fried or grilled fish, roast beef, fried or grilled mutton chops , and casseroles.

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes

  • ¼ cup butter

  • ⅓-½ cup milk

  • ½ tsp salt

  • pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp spring onions

Directions

  • Wash and boil the potatoes in salted water.
  • When the potatoes are done, peel off the skin and mash the potatoes.
  • While the potatoes are still hot, beat in the remaining ingredients until the mixture gets a creamy texture.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
