¼ cup butter
⅓-½ cup milk
½ tsp salt
pepper to taste
2 tbsp spring onions
Directions
- Wash and boil the potatoes in salted water.
- When the potatoes are done, peel off the skin and mash the potatoes.
- While the potatoes are still hot, beat in the remaining ingredients until the mixture gets a creamy texture.
- Garnish with spring onions.
