4 chicken breasts (remove the pouch)
8 oz butter
1-2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
½ tsp garlic paste
plain flour
breadcrumbs
oil for frying
Directions
- Mix butter, salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic paste. Put into the freezer.
- Cover chicken breast with a napkin and beat it flat with a tenderiser.
- Beat the pouch too.
- Roll the butter, place inside each breast and seal it.
- Roll the chicken first in flour, then eggs and then crumbs. Put into the freezer.
- Repeat step 5 a second time.
- Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown.
