Pan-Seared Chicken Breast

Pan-Seared Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • ¼ tsp white pepper

  • ½ tsp mustard

  • ½ tsp ground red chili flakes

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients above (except oil) for 1-2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a skillet. Add the chicken on high flame and let it colour up on both sides (30 seconds on each side). Then reduce flame to medium and cook till done.
  • Serve with stir fried veggies (or baked/mashed potatoes), garlic bread, or in a sandwich.
