Pan-Seared Chicken Breast

2 chicken breast fillets
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp white pepper
½ tsp mustard
½ tsp ground red chili flakes
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil
Directions
- Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients above (except oil) for 1-2 hours.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Add the chicken on high flame and let it colour up on both sides (30 seconds on each side). Then reduce flame to medium and cook till done.
- Serve with stir fried veggies (or baked/mashed potatoes), garlic bread, or in a sandwich.
