2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves (minced)
16 oz fresh brown mushrooms
⅓ cup heavy cream
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp oregano
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)
Directions
- Melt the butter in a medium frying pan.
- Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms are tender, browned, and all water dries out. This should take roughly 5-6 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, parsley, oregano and seasoning.
- Increase heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat again and simmer until the sauce thickens (roughly 5-6 minutes).
- Stir in parmesan cheese.
