Pizookie is a Nutella-filled, deep-dish chocolate chip cookie pie. Once you’ve had a bite of this dessert there’s no going back! 🍪🍫🍪
Nutella Pizookie

2¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 large eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
½-⅔ cup nutella
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 175C.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence till creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after every addition.
- Add flour mix. Mix well.
- Add half the chips to the dough.
- Spread half the dough mix in a tart tin and cover the walls.
- Pour in nutella and spread evenly.

- Top with remaining dough so the nutella is sealed in.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool for 10 mins before serving.
