4 eggs
2 onions (thinly sliced)
fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
⅙ cup oil
green chillies (coarsely chopped)
salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli flakes
Directions
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until pinkish (stop before it starts to turn brown).
- Add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, and red chilli flakes.
- Add eggs and stir constantly till the eggs are cooked.
- Take off the heat and serve. Best served with shami kabab or beef mince and roghni roti.
