Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 onions (thinly sliced)

  • fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

  • ⅙ cup oil

  • green chillies (coarsely chopped)

  • salt to taste

  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes

Directions

  • Beat eggs in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until pinkish (stop before it starts to turn brown).
  • Add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, and red chilli flakes.
  • Add eggs and stir constantly till the eggs are cooked.
  • Take off the heat and serve. Best served with shami kabab or beef mince and roghni roti.
