Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

  • 2 cups fresh mint (chopped)

  • 1 green chilli (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp almond powder

  • salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp pepper (optional)

  • 1 tsp toasted cumin seeds

  • 1 lemon juice (or 2-3 tbsp tamarind pulp)

  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in a grinder and grind to a fine paste.
  • If the mixture doesn’t move in the grinder, add a little bit of water (just a tsp at a time) so it helps grind the mix. But try not to add too much.
